Laura Tse works as the administrative assistant to operations at PSFCG.  Laura has always prioritized working to take care of the needs of others. She has been married to a first responder for over 20 years and worked diligently to raise a happy, successful family.  She brings the unique perspective of a law enforcement wife and demonstrates compassion that is informed by first-hand experience of what it means to be the family member that watches, waits, and keeps things running in the home to support the calling so many first responders feel.

Laura cultivated a network of other law enforcement spouses just to have as a support system, reality check, socializing, babysitting, and even occasionally, talking crap about the police wife life. Always involved in their daughter’s lives she volunteered in the schools, coached their daughter’s swim teams, and then during COVID when everybody came home, she wisely fled for fulltime employment.

Laura’s law enforcement husband has been a long-time peer in his agency and has worked closely with the Dansie group and Public Safety Family Counseling Group on many responses and projects. PSFCG came to know Laura as a source of willing and cheerful help during conferences and other projects and finally lured her into our employ as the administrative assistant to our Operations Manager, Scott Dansie. She has proved invaluable both in tasks as well as her insight into the law enforcement life. Laura brings a unique dedication and perspective and works to strengthen and support first responder personnel and their families.
